The Accra Kizomba Community presents the King and Queen of Kizomba Tuesdays Caramel and Chocolate Kizomba. On Tuesday February 13, 2018 at Rina's Restaurant inside the Osu Oxford Street Mall from 7pm till late, we will dance to discover the king and queen of the night.

After a good dance the kizombeira is rewarded with chocolate and the kizombeiro caramel. Collect the most chocolate and become the queen of the night, collect the most caramel and you are the king of the night.

Hello everyone so we are still on our skincare series and will touch on proper face exfoliation.

Exfoliating is the application of a granulated substance to your face in order to get rid of dead skin cells.This should not be done more than 2-3 times a week
In order to exfoliate you need the items in the pictures below.Here is a step by step process of exfoliation.

1.wash your face with warm water to soften pores.

2.Pat semi-dry with clean towel.

3.Apply your exfoliating gel to your face while avoiding your eyes.

4.Gently scrub your face with a soft exfoliating sponge or exfoliating brush in circular motion.

5.Rinse face with warm water till face is cleansed of gel and granular matter.

6.Splash cold/tap water unto your face and gently pat dry with clean towel

7. Wait for 5 minutes and apply facial moisturiser with SPF no less than 15

BONUS TIP : Apply a few drops of tea tree oil together with exfoliating gel before gently scrubbing your skin
