- wash your hands very often with running water and soap for 20 seconds.
- use alcohol-based hand sanitizers every 45 - 60 minutes of touching new surfaces/objects.
- drink lots of water, possibly warm ones every 15 - 20 minutes. Don't leave your throat dry anyvway.
- cover your mouth/nose with tissue when coughing/sneezing.
- stay 3ft away from any one coughing or sneezing continuously.
- eat good food and fruits to strengthen body immune system.
- avoid too much crowded areas.
- avoid handshakes and hugs.
- avoid cold foods and chilled drinks.
- avoid touching your face, nose and mouth anyhow after touching other things and surfaces.
