Maintaining a healthy hair workshop 👌 ✨️
This workshop was on maintaining healthy hair which covered various topics such as understanding hair and scalp health, proper washing and conditioning techniques, the importance of nutrition and hydration, and how to choose the right products for your hair type.

It also addressed concerns like hair loss, dandruff, and dry scalp. The workshop offered practical tips, DIY recommendations, and expert advice on creating a personalized hair care routine.

HAIR LOSS is becoming a common problem amongst men and women these days, which shouldn't be.

This workshop is set to expound on various ways one can lose hair, cause patches and baldness without knowing.

We will also explain how it can be prevented and deep dive into various natural treatments and foods that can be used to alleviate this hair problem.
