*Trusting in the Lord is a decision we make just like we choose anything else in life. You chose what you are wearing today.*

*You probably chose what you would have for breakfast, and you can choose to trust God every day, too!*

*When we choose to trust God, there is peace that settles in our heart.* There is joy because we know the outcome, and there is blessing in store for us because our hope is sure.

No matter what you are facing in life today, trust that Almighty God will come through for you. Trust that His Word is always true. *In Psalm 32, David calls God his “hiding place.”*

In other words, when we place our trust in God, we can find refuge in Him. You are actually hidden from the enemy when you choose to trust.

Always remember, when circumstances seem overwhelming, don’t look at what’s happening around you. Look to God.

*He is the author and finisher of our faith. Choose to trust that He is the one who is ordering your steps.*

Find security in knowing that He is making your crooked places straight, your rough places smooth, levelling your mountains, and filling the valleys before you.

*Trust in Him and live in the blessing and everlasting life He has prepared for you in Christ Jesus.*

*PRAYER:* Father in heaven, today I choose to put my trust in You.

I know You are a good and faithful God, and I trust that You have my best interest at heart.

Help me by Your Spirit to stay focused on Your goodness today *in Jesus’ name. Amen.*

REFUSE BITTERNESS

Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
Ephesians 4:31,NIV

Bitterness is an extremely destructive force. It seeps into the depths of our hearts when we choose not to forgive someone and even ourselves.

When we harbour unforgiveness, it closes the door to God's power working in our lives.

The Bible even tells us that if we choose not to forgive others, including ourselves, God can not even hear our prayers.

Thank God that He has empowered us by His grace and Spirit, to forgive and release bitterness! We can make the choice to get rid of bitterness so we can live in freedom.

We may have been through unfair situations in our lives, but it's not over until God says it's over.

God always has the final say, and He is a God of justice. God sees every wrong that's ever been done to us.

He sees every unfair situation. If we stay in faith, He'll bring justice into our lives. Our attitude should be, "It may have been unfair.

They may have done me wrong, but I refuse to get bitter. I know my time of blessing is coming." Amen.

Father God, today I refuse bitterness. I refuse to allow the past to keep me stuck. Right now, I forgive those who have hurt me.

I also forgive myself through the authority in the Blood of Jesus Christ.

I pray, blessing on them, and pray they would by Your Spirit come to know Your truth. Thank You for setting my heart free today in Jesus' name Amen.

Are you down on yourself today because of past mistakes you’ve made or because you’re not where you want to be in life?

God knows every poor choice, every difficulty, every wrong turn you may have made, and He’s already planned your comeback!

The bible says, the prophet Jonah took a detour, so to speak. It took him a little bit longer, but because he called out to God, because he believed, God not only rescued him, but God got him to his final destination.

Beloved, know today that failure is not final. *God always has the final say.* Mistakes don’t have to keep you from your destiny. God’s plan can override every setback.

Your world may be in turmoil today in a relationship, in your finances or health, or any other issues of life.

But know this: *not only will God rescue you, He will set your feet on a rock and lead you to your final destination in life.*

Remember, the promise He placed on the inside of you didn’t go away because you had some personal failures.

No, that failure is only temporary, but His Word remains forever! Desist from self blaming and guilt. Forgive yourself.

*Keep hoping, keep praying, keep believing, and keep doing the right thing because He will move you into the blessing and victory He has already prepared for you in Christ Jesus! Amen.*

*PRAYER FOR TODAY*
Father God, thank You for Your hand of victory and blessing that is on my life.

Today, I shake off the past, I shake off failure, I shake off poor choices and trust that You are restoring me and leading me into the plan You have for me in Christ Jesus *in Jesus name, Amen.*
