SHEILA BARTELS DONATES BAGS OF CEMENT AND CASH TO AID RENOVATION OF THE KWASHIEMAN PALACE

Earlier today, The Ablekuma North NPP Parliamentary Candidate - Ms. Sheila Bartels donated 50 bags of cement and an unspecified amount of cash to aid on-going renovation works at the Kwashieman palace inside the Ablekuma North Constituency. Sheila Bartels was accompanied by a handful of party stalwarts and dignitaries including the presiding member for Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly - Hon. Edmond Lomo. The donation follows an earlier request for assistance from the palace and to the Parliamentary candidate. The donation was well received by the palace, led by the Chief for Kwashieman - Nii Ahiarku V.

Speaking during the presentation, Sheila Bartels expressed her gratitude for the harmonious relationship which exists between herself and the royal family. She also expressed her readiness to support the palace in other future endeavours. The parliamentary candidate also used the opportunity to assure the royals of the continued commitment of the New Patriotic Party to the development of Kwashieman and other suburbs of Ablekuma North. "I will therefore humbly ask you - my fathers to continue to pray for me and for the NPP; support us so we can continue the good work we have started to make this place greater than it has ever been", she said.

The royals through their spokesperson shared their appreciation for the timely gesture from Sheila Bartels and assured her of their support for her ambition. They stated that, all they were interested in was peace and development in Kwashieman and Sheila Bartels had suitably demonstrated her commitment to those ideals. They therefore prayed for her to achieve her goal and bring the much-needed development to the area.

Another week is here, a fresh start to doing what we could not do.
