Hello loved ones!
The life-changing power of Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) is truly remarkable.
A mother living with HIV, a father HIV negative, and their baby, who was exposed to HIV due to the mother's status, has come out HIV negative at 18 months.
This is a testament to the effectiveness of PMTCT.
There's hope and a brighter future for individuals living with HIV; by following medical guidance, HIV-positive mothers can also give birth to HIV-negative children.
