CUMIN (Nkitinkiti)
Cumin is a flowering plant in the family Apiacease. It's seeds each one contained within a fruit, which is dried and are used in the cuisines of many culture in both whole and ground from. Cumin have a lot of health benefits apart from it's nutty, spicy and warm.
*Promote disgestive enzymes, potentially speeding up digestion and cumin also increase the release of bile from the liver which the bile helps digest fats and certain nutrient in your gut.
*Highly rich in iron
Cumin is naturally rich in iron, one teaspoon of ground cumin contains 1.4mg of iron. Children need iron to support growth and young women need iron to replace blood lost during menstruation so using small amount of cumin as seasoning will help improve iron in your system.
*Cumin contains alot antioxidants agent, which are chemicals that reduce damage to your body from free radicals
*Cumin in contains several components that reduce AGEs(advance glycation end products).AGEs are created when sugars attach to proteins and disrupt their normal function and are responsible for damage to eyes, kidneys, nerves and small blood vessels in diabetes. Using supplements help improve blood sugar control.

CLOVES are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family myrtaceaa syzeygaium aromaticum and commonly used as spice, flavoring or fragrance in consumer products, such a toothpaste, soaps or cosmetics. Cloves are very beneficial to health, like
*Cloves helps boost gastrointestinal health.Drinking cloves tea help control gastrointestinal irritation means help stop vomiting.
*Cloves are touted by many for their antibacterial properties against several human pathogens.The extracts of cloves were thought to be potent enough to kill those pathogens.
*Cloves contain high amounts of antioxidants, which prove to be ideal for protecting the vital organs from the effects of free radicals, especially the liver.

Galbanum(Prekese)
Galbanum is an aromatic gum resin and a product of certain umbelliferous persian plant species. There are two types of galbanum: Hard and Soft . Galbanum is very good to the health, some of the benefits of Galbanum are:

Pepper is a fruit of a plant in the Grossum group of species Capsicum annuum and comes in different colors, including red, yellow, orange,green ,white chocolate, candy cane striped and purple.
