Shea glitz is birth under a registered business named " Well skills development hub".

This organization is located in the Northern region of Ghana to empower and provide support for vulnerable women in rural communities who are been diminished by social norms and to eradicate poverty to better their socioeconomic status.

This organization was birth in 2020 and has trained over 200 women in entrepreneurship and soft skills development. We work together with other organizations and students in Kenya and Canada.

We have enlarged our scope to provide farm support and market solutions to women farmers in these rural communities.
