Two years ago, I made a decision to step outside my comfort zone and build something of my own alongside a busy life, long work shifts, and family commitments.

It wasn’t about being the most confident person in the room. It was about taking that first step, learning along the way, and refusing to let fear make the decisions for me.

Today, I’ve met incredible people, helped others feel more confident in their skin, built a growing team, and created opportunities I never imagined for myself.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start something new, this might be it.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need to decide to go for it.

💫 I find it easy to tell others how proud I am of them.

🌟 I find it easy to remind people how strong and inspiring they are.

But sometimes the hardest person to say those things to is ourselves.

So today, I’m choosing to say them to me.

I am proud of myself.
I am grateful for myself.
I inspire myself.

When I joined TROPIC, I wasn’t looking for a skincare business.

I was looking for something positive to focus on during a period where we were spending long stretches away from home. I wanted something that was mine. Something that gave me purpose, excitement and room to grow.

I was also searching for products I could genuinely believe in — clean, sustainable and naturally derived products that aligned with my values.

What I found was so much more.

Over the years, life has thrown its challenges my way. There have been heartbreaks, setbacks, moments of self-doubt and times when simply showing up felt hard.

But I kept going.

TROPIC has given me confidence, friendships, purpose and the belief that ordinary women can achieve extraordinary things when they decide to back themselves.
