Pregnancy changes what your body needs from movement — and we’ve adapted our Reformer classes to match.
🌸 1st & 2nd trimester (up to 27 weeks) — join our regular Reformer Adapted classes, just let your instructor know beforehand.
🌸 3rd trimester — we recommend one-to-one sessions, fully tailored to you.
And always check in with your doctor or midwife before starting any physical activity.
