Ol eve is a family business, creating and promoting authentic delicatessen top quality products such as dried figs, early harvest extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, pomegranate, sea salt, honey, produced traditionally, in a unique way, with native ingredients in Lesvos Island-Greece and the World. Always with love for this pure land and a passion for wellness and proper nutrition. Lesvos microclimate allows the development of excellent goods of incomparable taste, awarded numerous times internationally for their uniqueness and value. We select with love the best raw materials & recipes and package them with care. In Lesvos we are bonded to each estate/farm (whether it is our own at Sigri or another partner). Today our cultivations include 40.000 olive trees, 10.000 pomegranates, figs, lotus, pine trees, palm trees, almonds, tamarisks, roses and others. There are also a number of native plants and wild flora found in abundance in the Aegean islands such as mint, melissa, luisa, berries, rosemary, cistus and amaranth. Every season is a beautiful magic spell of different colours and smells, an ode to healthy living and environmental sustainability. Επιλεγμένα Προϊόντα από την Πλούσια Ελληνική Γη!
Πριν από περίπου 2 χρόνια, ξεκίνησαμε προσφέροντας προϊόντα τα οποία παράγονται σε ιδιόκτητες εκτάσεις στη Λέσβο αλλά και επιλογές από τον κόσμο. Κυρίως αγουρέλαιο εξαιρετικά παρθένο ελαιόλαδο, ελιές, ρόδια και σάλτσα ροδιού, αποξηραμένα γεμιστά σύκα, εναλλακτικά γλυκαντικά και υπερτροφές.
Το κτήμα μας στο Σίγρι της Λέσβου με την αστείρευτη ηλιοφάνειά του μας χαρίζει απλόχερα αγαθά απαράμιλης ποιότητας. Οι χιλιάδες ρίζες ελαιόδεντρων, ροδιών και συκιών που έχουμε φυτέψει ομορφαίνουν και μεγαλώνουν μέρα με την μέρα. Δίνουμε ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στην καλλιέργια και συλλογή του καρπού, στην παραγωγική διαδικασία, τις αναλύσεις, στην αποθήκευση και στην συσκευασία, προκειμενου το τελικό προϊόν να διατηρεί τα θρεπτικά του συστατικά (λίπη, υδατάνθρακες, πρωτεϊνες, βιταμίνες και μέταλλα) και οργανοληπτικά χαρακτηριστικά (γεύση, υφή, χρώμα, μυρωδιά). Με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον, έχοντας ως γνώμονα την αειφορία και αξιοποιώντας φυσικούς πόρους του κτήματός μας όπως φύκια (τύπου ποσειδωνία), κλαδιά, κοπριά από οργανική εκτροφή ζώων, τα οποία μετατρέπουμε σε κομπότστ λιπαίνοντας οργανικά το χώμα ενώ τα δέντρα βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 6-7 μέτρων μεταξύ τους έτσι ώστε ο ήλιος να τα λούζει ολόκληρα.
Η επιτυχία των προϊόντων αυτών σχετικά με την μοναδικότητα και την γεύση τους, μας ώθησαν στην απόφαση να επεκτείνουμε την ειδική αυτή γκαμά με αυθεντικά Ελληνικά προϊόντα από την Ελληνική γη. Προσθέσαμε ακατέργαστο αλάτι από τους κόλπους της Λέσβου, σάλτσες ντομάτας, αποξηραμένες ντομάτες και μέλι από όλη την Ελλάδα αλλά και εξαιρετικά υγιεινά προϊόντα από όλο τον κόσμο. Oleve will be in every athlete kit: 350 bottles of extra virgin olive oil, 100ml each, one for every athlete who takes to the water.
Why an open water race? Because we share the same landscape and the same discipline.
