Buenos días

Paleo Shrimp Tacos with Chile Lime Crema… seasoned to perfection and bursting with flavour, these are a seafood lover’s dream. Grain-free tortillas loaded with juicy, wild-caught Gulf shrimp, fresh guac, crunchy slaw and a creamy, spicy and tangy crema. If you didn’t know any better, you’d never guess they’re gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free! Feel free to substitute your favourite fish or even some boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of the shrimp. You can even top them up with some of that delicious Mango Salsa I shared the other day!
.
Find the full, printable recipe on my blog www.cookprimalgourmet.com/paleo-shrimp-tacos
.
Cassava Flour Tortillas: @sietefoods
Dairy-Free Sour Cream: @kitehillfoods
Avo Oil Mayo: @chosenfoods
.
Some notes:
1. Everything in the recipe is paleo-friendly except the Kite Hill sour cream, which has a small amount of rice flour, maltodextrin and chickpea flour. You can omit it and just double up the avocado oil mayonnaise instead.
2. To make this Whole30, omit the tortillas and sour cream and serve the tacos as lettuce wraps or with a side of fried plantains.
3. If you’re crema is too runny, try adding ½ an avocado to the blender. If it’s too thin, loosen it with a splash of cold water.
4. You can eat these any day of the week, not just #tacotuesday
