YOUR TIME MATTERS. SO DOES OURS. ❤️
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedule that often cannot be filled.
Unlike many jobs, we can’t make up those lost hours the next day. Once that appointment time passes, it’s gone.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee.
Thank you for respecting our time, valuing our work, and supporting our small business. 💕
