ACNE SCARS: WHICH TREATMENT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Acne scars develop deeper within the skin, which means improving them requires more than simply treating the surface. Our acne scar treatments focus on remodelling the skin and stimulating new collagen to gradually improve the depth, texture and appearance of scarring.

We offer two treatment options:

1. Microneedling Acne Scar Treatment

During microneedling, controlled microchannels are created in the skin. This activates the skin’s natural repair process and stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin.

For acne scars, we work specifically on the scarred areas and combine the treatment with a professional serum selected to support skin renewal.

Over time, as new collagen is produced, the skin can become:
• smoother and more even
• firmer around the scarred areas
• improved in texture
• less visibly scarred

Because collagen remodelling happens gradually, improvement continues after the treatment as the skin goes through its natural regeneration process.

2. Microneedling + Collagen Booster

This is our more intensive acne scar treatment.

We perform the microneedling treatment, but add our Collagen Booster containing collagen threads. These threads are applied as part of the treatment to provide additional collagen support directly to the areas we are working on.

The combination gives us a two-part approach:

Microneedling stimulates your skin to produce its own new collagen, while the Collagen Booster and collagen threads provide additional support to accelerate the collagen-remodelling process.

This makes it especially interesting for deeper, older or more noticeable acne scars, or for clients who want a more intensive approach to improving their skin.

The goal isn’t to simply cover the scars — we’re working on rebuilding and remodelling the skin from within. 🤍
