1. Discovery Call
Your First Visit is a full-body assessment that looks at your posture and how you move. The Assessment helps us identify the root cause of any discomfort and guides your Plan of Care.
2. Plan of Care - Your comprehensive plan of action of what we can do to help you – (1) what is going on, (2) how long it will take, (3) when you need to come back, and (4) what exercises to do
3. 45 minute one-on-one sessions with a physiotherapist or chiropractor to get you out of pain and back to doing things you love.
4. In-person sessions and virtual tools to do things you never thought possible by focusing on preventative health and movement optimization.
