Delivered and set up today. A TAVIK plunge with the Borealis Gen 5, on a customer’s balcony.

TAVIK is a barrel tub with an electroplated stainless steel interior and red cedar composite cladding, double-wall insulated.

The Borealis Gen 5 sits beside it and does both jobs. Cooling to 3°C, heating to 42°C, with ozone sterilisation and 20 micron filtration running while it circulates.

It plugs into a normal household socket. No special wiring, no plumbing.

Second photo is the same setup with the insulated cover on. It keeps rain and debris out and holds temperature between sessions.

TUNDRA is running the recovery counter at the Mercedes-Benz Studio Singapore, 29 and 30 August. It opens at Gardens by the Bay as part of the brand’s 140th anniversary.

Recovery isn’t extra. It’s part of the training. The run is the part everyone posts. What happens after it is what makes the next one possible, and it’s the part most people skip.

Their campaign is called Season of Being. Ours is a chair and a pair of compression boots. Same idea, different equipment.

Throwback to March at BITEC. Four days, a lounge full of people who’d just been through a HYROX, and a lot of legs that needed help.

This time it’s the FLUX compression boots and the TUNDRAgun. The boots inflate from the foot up so blood keeps moving instead of pooling, twenty minutes and you can walk down stairs again. The gun goes straight into the one calf that’s actually complaining.
