Tips for a bright, dark, black Eyeliner that doesn’t turn Ash!
1. Correct depth. Depth is crucial when doing eyeliner, too shallow there will be no color retention, too deep and the eyeliner will turn ash/blue. 90% of eyeliners turning ash/blue is going too deep.
2. Choice of pigment - for eyeliner the best pigments to use is condensed liquid as it is not as permiable as liquid pigments, it lowers the chance of turning blue/ash.
