我至今仍記得她走進來的那一天。她是一位在職媽媽，又要工作，又得顧家庭，身心疲累，又遇上脫髮問題，極度害怕隔天早上醒來時，頭髮會變得更少。
她坐下來對我說：「我試過所有方法，但都沒有用。我真的不知道還能怎麼辦了。」
那一刻，我彷彿看見了多年前的自己，同樣在尋找答案，同樣感到迷茫與恐懼。她並非感到羞恥，只是筋疲力盡。脫髮問題已開始影響她在工作、家庭中的感受，尤其當她照鏡子時更是如此。
接著，她輕聲坦言：「也許我該開始戴假髮了。」
就在那一刻，我告訴了她十年前我多麼希望有人能對我說的話：你並不孤單，而且有解決辦法。脫髮比人們想像中更為普遍，許多女性帶著同樣的恐懼前來尋求幫助。聽完這番話，她終於鬆了一口氣。那便是她的轉捩點。
我們以 Zeva Scalp Longevity 兼具科學與關懷。首先詳細了解客人的情況，接著進行毛髮顯微鏡頭皮檢查，並為她量身打造專屬方案。絕不採用一式一樣的處理方式。
每次療程開始前，我們都會再次檢查她的頭皮，因為壓力、荷爾蒙、天氣、頭髮漂染等各種因素都可能改變頭皮環境。而每當頭皮有所變化，我們便會據此調整療程。
她很快便感受到初步的改善：髮根更豐盈、淋浴時掉髮減少，更重要的是，她的眼中重現了希望。
當她對我說：「我沒想到這竟然有可能」，這句話讓我再次深刻體會到，我們之所以從事這份工作，正是為了這樣的時刻。
如今，她感到自己掌握了資訊、重拾自信，並重新掌控了護理自己頭皮的方法。這不僅是因為她的髮質有所改善，更是因為她終於了解自己的頭皮、身體，以及可選擇的方案。
把正確的資訊和客人分享，讓他們了解自己頭皮的狀況，並作出最適合自己的療程選擇。每一個故事都提醒著我們的初心。
更重要的是，作為專業毛髮學治療師，我們會因應客人的情況，轉介給其他的專業人士，例如醫生、營養師等等，希望客人得到最好的療程計劃。
