Step 2: If you want to proceed with the purchase, please fill in the google form below. We will send you an order confirmation email within 48 hours, and provide you with further instructions.

Step 3: Please submit your payment within 48 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. Also, you are required to provide us with a softcopy of your payment (E.g. a screenshot) via either email or Facebook Messenger. If you cannot provide a copy, the order will not be processed and a refund will not be provided.

Step 4: We will send you a payment confirmation email within 24 hours after certifying your payment. Depending on the product availability, we will try to ship your parcel within the next 3 to 4 days. Please wait patiently.

Step 5: Unless you have chosen the Superior Express Postage, we will send you a pick-up notification email with more information after your parcel arrives in Hong Kong. You are required to pick up the parcel within 20 days. Please check your email inbox regularly. Otherwise, you will not be able to pick up the parcel anymore and a refund will not be provided. For customers who have chosen Superior Express Postage, a home delivery will be automatically arranged.
