Your body isn’t meant to function the same way every single day. 🌸
The follicular phase is often called your inner spring—a time when energy, motivation, and creativity naturally begin to rise.
It’s a beautiful opportunity to move your body, nourish it well, start something new, and make the most of the energy that’s returning.
But remember…
More energy doesn’t mean you have to push yourself to the limit.
Your body still needs nourishment, recovery, and support.
The goal isn’t to ignore your body’s changing needs.
It’s to understand them.
✨ Live in alignment with your cycle.
Because when you stop fighting your body and start supporting it, everything begins to feel a little more natural.

Your period is over… but your body is just getting started.
The follicular phase is often called your inner spring—a time of renewal, growth, and fresh energy.
As estrogen levels gradually rise, many women notice they feel more focused, motivated, creative, and ready to take on new challenges.
But every body is different.
You may not experience every phase in the same way, and that’s completely normal. Your cycle is unique, and learning to understand your body’s natural rhythm is far more valuable than comparing it to someone else’s.
The goal isn’t to fight your hormones.
It’s to understand them—and learn how to work with your body instead of against it.
Because when you support your cycle, you’re supporting your overall health, fertility, and well-being. 💗
What day of your cycle are you on today?

HELLO LUTEAL PHASE🌙
If you feel more tired, emotional, bloated, or irritable during the luteal phase, it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you.
After ovulation, your body starts preparing for a possible pregnancy. During this time, progesterone becomes the dominant hormone. If pregnancy doesn’t occur, both progesterone and estrogen levels begin to fall, triggering menstruation.
These hormonal changes don’t just affect your reproductive organs—they also influence your brain, nervous system, metabolism, sleep, and mood.
That’s why many women notice:
🤍 Mood changes
🤍 Increased emotional sensitivity
🤍 Fatigue
🤍 Bloating
🤍 Breast tenderness
🤍 Stronger cravings
🤍 Difficulty concentrating
🤍 Changes in sleep quality
The luteal phase isn’t something your body needs to “fix.”
It’s a natural part of your menstrual cycle.
The more you understand what’s happening during this phase, the easier it becomes to support your body instead of fighting against it. 💗
Which luteal phase symptom do you notice most often? I’d love to hear your experience in the comments. ⬇️
