Sustainable fatloss program and uplifiting community
You might not ACTUALLY be stuck.
You’re just measuring the wrong things.
•
Weight can go up when you start exercising regulary, because muscle holds water during recovery. That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
•
And fat loss doesn’t happen in one specific area just because you want it to. Spot reduction is a myth.
•
This is why I coach Body Recomposition. Not just chasing lower numbers, but building muscle, supporting your hormones, eating enough, and moving with intention. Then entering a proper deficit phase when your body is ready. ✨
•
Also, let’s not normalize being in a deficit all year round, keep your body at maintenance for the majority of the time and then get a serious 8-12 weeks deficit and be done with it to get back to your maintenance level ✅

You might start your ‘diet or fitness journey’ because you want to lose fat, fit in to your S/M jeans size again, or getting abs because other girls look good with it
Whatever the reasons are, they are valid. However you can achieve them and KEEP the results sustainably if u were to go through the process in a more sustainable way, instead of using an aggressive fad diets which only lead you to frustrations
1:1 Nutrition Coaching slot available only if you are ready to change your body and maintain the results ✨ comment ‘coaching’ if you’re the one 🤍
When Intemittent Fasting, OMAD, and other form of fasting were (and probably still are) viral among women, I chose to stick with my regular schedule of eating
I know how amazing IF works for many women in terms of fatloss, and I can say I did experience the same amazing results back then UNTIL it stopped working. And yes your body can change, what worked back then might not work now and it’s not because our body is broken, but it’s just signs that our body needs something else
PCOS taught me something important: it wasn’t a discipline problem. My body simply didn’t respond well to extreme fasting. The more I forced it, the worse my cravings and mood became.
That’s when I stopped copying what worked for everyone else and started learning what worked for my hormones.

Biggest lesson of being in my PCOS body -> Learning to embrace the sensitivity of it and adjust ONE LIFESTYLE at a time
I used to think my morning migraines and energy crashes were normal or must I say - something that I didn’t really take notice of. With morning PT sessions, mid day online coaching/content work, then evening sessions - I need caffeine to pus through the day
However after my PCOS diagnosis, I realized caffeine on an empty stomach was stressing my nervous system as well as cortisol level more than I thought.
I couldn’t see myself giving up caffeine at the moment, therefore instead of a major restriction , I shifted one lifestyle at a time, which is FOOD first, and caffeine later. This way, the caffeine will be metabolized along with the food which creates a stable energy production throughout the day ☺️✨
As always, i’ll be sharing more details on how I reverse my PCOS systems slowly but surely - as many women came to coaching with me because of the similar struggles that we are facing 🤍
Flares ups of acnes, gut inflammations are 2 things that I’m still learning day by day HOWEVER, the greatest win of this journey is I’m able to have my regular menstrual cycle back and it’s ALWAYS ON THE DOT 30-35days length✨💪🏼
Just a quick reminder, fatloss will be IMPOSSIBLE / EXTREMELY HARD if your reproductive system (including your me**es) is not in the safe & healthy cycle - so please make sure never ignore this sign!! 🙏🏼
“If you don’t plan to have any baby soon, just take this birth control pills,” said an OBYGN on my consultation of my first PCOS diagnosis back in 2021
I don’t know how many times I went to a doctor and made feel like I was ‘just another patient’ - questions that were being asked were very minimal as if they can already assume what I am and what I go through 😅
But the experience was different here, the questions that were asked were not common things you’ll hear from a modern medical doctor. They deep dive into my behavior, detailed questions, way I do things in life because a health issue is not only a physical issue, but also related to lifestyle , mindset and emotional
Really grateful to and team for the experience 🤍
Growing up, i have always had all kinds of stomach/digestion issues - from bloating after eating food that are just so normal for other people, heartburn from skipping an 1hour of my usual meal timing, or constipation for 2-3days
Then PCOS came around and my PMS symptoms are most of the times pretty intense with cramps, joint pain, constant fatigue a week before my cycle starts
And when I was in Bali, i learned that my stomach & spleen are weak, and that’s when I learned a lot about TCM medication from an acupuncturist in Bali (shoutout to )
I’m looking forward to find a local acupuncturist and TCM clinic here in Dubai to continue my treatment locally, if any of u has recommendations, feel free to drop them below 👇🏽
and what do you think of TCM, have u ever tried / been in the process? Feel free to share down here ☺️
