I swear this little boy has zero patience when he knows it's almost playtime and meals.

Meet Tanna.
He's a 4-year-old light ginger cuddle bug, and I've had the privilege of being his mom for the past 2 years. He is one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever felt.

Tanna is completely blind. Both of his eyes had to be removed because of a severe infection before I adopted him from Villa Kitty Ubud. So, he finds me by listening to my voice, following sounds, and using his amazing sense of smell.

Despite being blind, it doesn’t stop him from living his life to the fullest. He still loves playing hide-and-seek, regular walk outside, demanding treats, and reminding me that everything is more important than cleaning.

We adopted Orens, the sweet orange cat in early 2025. In the middle of heavy rain and traffic, we drove 1 hour Canggu to pick her up from the shelter in Canggu Bali.

Orens had already been through more than most, she had lost both her eyes in an accident, had survived surgery, and had learned to trust again.

When we picked her up that day, she was nervous. She didn’t know it yet, but she was finally going home and meet Tanna.
For almost nine months, Orens became part of our family.

Some people say having blind cats is a burden, but for us, Orens and Tanna gave us one of the most rewarding experiences, filling our home with so many smiles and laughter.

She has crossed the rainbow bridge, but she lives in our hearts and will always be loved.

Tanna is blind but he loves to play. His favorite playground is the sand.
He is so exciting to feel the crunchy sand, woo hooo!
