CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
Job Responsibility
- Customer Oriented , Understanding customer Requirement & Procedures to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring customer Daily Shipment & Delivery Movements
- Ensure customer feedback and/or complaints are properly addressed and corrective actions are implemented
- Provides feedback and reports to company regarding service failure or customer concerns
- Liaising with Operation Team to ensure all customers have accurate and Timely information on Cargo Status and/or changes
- Daily Manifest Submission To Shipping Agents
- Willing to work after office hours whenever required

Qualification:

- FRESH GRADUATE (Max. Age 25)

- Female, Single

- Responsive and Responsible

- A Good Team player and Problem solving skills

- Able to speak and write English

- Strong in Microsoft Office applications.
