Creami delight Cookies and Cream 😋

Ingredients:
200 ml Vanilla Protein Shake
3 g vanilla fat free sugar free pudding powder
100 g vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 tsp vanilla

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to Ninja Creami cup and use immersion blender or frother to combine.
2. Freeze x 24 hrs.
3. Remove from freezer, run under hot water for 15 seconds. Spin on light ice cream, add 2 tbsp protein shake and re-spin
4. Make well in centre, add 3 thin chopped Oreo cookies. Spin on “mix-ins”. Add additional Oreo cookies on top

Nutrition: 200 calories, 26 g protein (each thin Oreo cookies has 35 additional calories)

Smoky Ranch Crack Burgers Delight 🍔🔥🤤

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, and crispy bacon

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt it.
5. Meanwhile, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
6. Assemble the burgers by spreading ranch dressing on the bottom bun, adding the cheesy patty, diced onions, and any optional toppings you like.
7. Top with the other half of the bun, serve immediately, and enjoy your smoky ranch crack burgers!

Nutritional Information:
Each burger is approximately 450 calories, featuring around 30g of protein, and 25g of fat, depending on selected toppings.

Steak and Shrimp Pasta Delight 🍤🍝

🍽️ Servings: 4

📝 Ingredients:

- 8 oz steak, sliced into strips
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

⏱️ Prep Time: 15 minutes
🔥 Cook Time: 20 minutes
⏲️ Total Time: 35 minutes

📋 Instructions:

1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add steak strips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
5. Add red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, sauté until slightly softened.
6. Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add spinach and cooked pasta.
7. Pour in heavy cream and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
