In cases of my favourite are those which focus on pacing the rythm ( slow slow), inhaling-exhaling through the nose & expanding the abdomen ( belly breathing) to increase abdominal relaxation and diaphragm range of motion. .

Concentrate on taking a deep breath as if you are filling out your lungs and then your belly. Hold the breath for some seconds (2 or 3) & then let everything go through the nose very slowly and gentle.

Repeat for several minutes until every day several times a day! .

Diaphragm is in the right spot; under the lungs & heart โค๏ธ, above the liver, stomach & intestinal visceras!

One of its magic functions is to serve as a SUMP PUMP for whatโ€™s underneath and attached to it!

Seperti yang dibahas pada post sebelumnya, perut buncit biasanya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang sebenarnya dapat kita antisipasi.

Banyaknya tekanan di dalam perut dapat diatasi dengan selalu menerapkan postur tubuh yang baik. Duduk tetap tegak, berdiri pun demikian.

Saat makan atau melakukan aktifitas saat duduk, harap hindari pose duduk dimana pinggang merosot ke depan. Demikian p**a saat berdiri.

Saat berbaring pun usahakan alas kepala berada di posisi yang nyaman untuk leher dan pundak. Sakit kepala saat bangun biasanya terjadi karena posisi alas kepala yang tidak nyaman ( bukan โ€œsalah bantalโ€)

Dan tetaplah berlatih hipopresif untuk selalu mendidik si tubuh untuk berada di postur yang baik, juga memperkecil tekanan dalam perut sehingga abdomen sehat, pencernaan baik, dan perut terhindar dari buncit.
