🌿 We’re Hiring: Experienced Spa Manager (Sanur)We are seeking a high‑performing, experienced Spa Manager with strong operational discipline, financial awareness, and proven leadership in spa or hospitality environments.

This role is ONLY for candidates with real management experience.If you have successfully led teams, managed finances, controlled inventory, and upheld strict systems — you’re the candidate we want.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily spa operations with confidence• Lead and support therapists to maintain consistent service quality• Implement and enforce SOPs, checklists, and operational systems• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and service standards• Manage inventory, stock usage, ordering, and wastage control• Track daily revenue, expenses, and cash handling• Prepare accurate operational and financial reports for the owner• Ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management• Strong leadership and communication skills• Proven ability to manage inventory and financial reporting• Highly organised, reliable, and solution‑oriented• Comfortable working within structured systems and procedures• Able to maintain professionalism and accountability at all times• Integrity and transparency are non‑negotiable

Compensation:
IDR 8.5M – 9.5M per month (contract-based)Competitive rate for experienced managers with strong operational capability.
