Aligned with Spring Equinox: a powerful turning point and beginning of a new cycle, each of us is spreading our wings and expanding into our own projects, carrying forward the same spirit of flow, authenticity, creativity and love for the water & our community.

With deep gratitude and love, we thank every one of YOU who has been a part of this co-creation journey. We honour your presence, trust and shared love and devotion to the water and each other.

It has been incredible and magical years of growth, transformation and connectedness!

How do you weave the practice of integration into your everyday life?

Integration is the unsung hero of any transformational process.

Sometimes it’s stillness—often times it’s the process of slowing down and limiting sensory stimulation.

These calm and peaceful moments between meaningful events allow insights to be transformed into action. Here we develop a deeper emotional awareness of ourselves, each other, and our surroundings. We connect dots and reduce overwhelm. Through integration we strengthen our emotional intelligence, and overtime we develop greater capacity to be with challenging moments and situations.

Through the process of integration we become more resilient human beings.
