It might seem like you should take everything off in the heat but a banya hat isn’t about warmth, it’s about protection.

Temperatures in a banya can easily reach 100°C, and your head is the first to feel the heat. A hat helps prevent overheating, keeps your mind clear, and protects your hair from drying out.

To make your banya experience more comfortable, we now offer banya hats you can pick one up at the reception before your session🛖
