This September, Hammana welcomes Lamia Bennani Smires for a three day wellness residency devoted to balance, healing and renewal.
With a decade of experience in holistic therapies, Lamia brings an intuitive approach to each session. Her work draws from acupuncture, Chi Nei Tsang, Healing Signature Experience, Nervous System Reset & Energy Balance and Sound Healing Therapy to gently release tension and restore inner balance.
