Why join a Women's Circle ? 

In a nutshell - it's hard to be alone in your journey, and coming together in a group of women who are all willing to welcome eachother in our authenticity and vulnerability is really powerful. 

Most women ( is it a stretch to say all ?) have experienced the pain of judgment and criticism from females around them, both close to home- within the family dynamic, in school growing up, and in the workplace and social circle. 

Alot of us, myself included, carry deep wounds surrounding women, and fear of judgement and rejection. 

I see a women's circle as a beautiful way to begin to address and heal these wounds, as we begin to finally feel deeper saftey and acceptance within a circle of women.

However, this isn't a quick fix and can take time, so if you do join a circle please be gentle with yourself and your own pace, and take it slowly. 

There is never any expectation to ‘ open up’ or even say a word, unless that feels like something you want and are ready to do. 

Participating silently and as a listener is just as valuable, as it is your presence that is welcome, that's all. 

You are welcome to join the circle exactly as you find yourself- whether you are tired, energized, depressed, confused, celebrating, grieving  (the list goes on.) 

The first half of the session will be mostly lying down on a mat for some gentle Somatic Movement and meditation to bring you into a more grounded and embodied space.

The second half will be our opportunity to sit together and enjoy being in community, and sharing, only if you feel drawn to do so… this is a space where both listening and speaking are equally welcome.

Which Treatment to choose?

Some clients book in for a particular treatment straightaway, and others may not be sure of what would be most helpful, especially if they haven't had experience of alternative therapies before.

If you book a session we can discuss in the initial consultation what might suit you best, it may be a combination of 2 or 3 blended together.

It's a time and space just for you, and dedicated to enhancing your wellbeing.

What is it ?

Hot Stone Massage involves placing smooth heated basalt stones on parts of the body encouraging deep relaxation and relief from muscle tension.

The stones are used as an extension of the hands to massage the muscles, with the added benefit of heat which makes it easier to address deeper layers of tension.

The combination of heat & the pressure of the stones help to release deep muscle tension, improve circulation and calm the mind.
