I am thrilled to share my latest heartfelt offering with you: Wellness Sessions. 🧘‍♀️💖

These will be gentle, nurturing live sessions held every week, where we’ll come together online to honor our bodies, minds, and spirits. Each session will include soothing breathwork, a soft yoga flow to awaken your energy, a calming guided meditation, and a beautiful message from spirit with an oracle reading.

We’ll gather on Saturday mornings at 10:30 am Irish time, for about 30 to 40 minutes. And here’s the best part: it’s my gift to you, completely free of charge.

I can’t wait to hold space for all of us in this warm and supportive community, where we can truly nourish ourselves from the inside out. 🌸

Therapeutic Tarot is a way of using tarot cards as a tool for self-knowledge, where we can develop different types of mandalas and readings, making correlations with each individual’s astral chart, harmonising the chakras, reading the aura, complementary treatment of physical illnesses and much more. In these types of readings, the arcanas of the tarot bring us light and inspiration on how we can access higher levels of consciousness about ourselves and the situations we find ourselves in and how to harmonize them. I received the spiritual name Moksha Prem Nath during my initiation ritual in Reiki level III at the Humani Amor school (@humaniamor) from my master Otávio Leal (Dhyan Prem) (@otavioleal.humaniamor), a Buddhist priest and one of the greatest promoters and initiators of Reiki on the planet for over 17 years. I am a trained tarot reader through the courses of Nilton Schutz (@nilton.schutz), “Theoretical and Practical Tarot” and “Quantum Tarot” and I also have years of practice and independent study. Therefore, I offer Reiki application along with my services, including tarot readings for cleansing and strengthening the energy field. I am a holistic therapist, yoga instructor and tarot reader, I have been working in the field for over 5 years and have got my qualifications in Ireland and Brazil. As I am living a more nomad lifestyle now I am offering some of my services online to my clients and friends who live in different places around the planet but still would like my help to work on your physical wellbeing and spiritual practices.

Hey guys. I’m delighted to announce that I will start offering Pilates classes in Arklow at the Studio 55 Dance Academy in the Bridgewater shopping centre.

Get in touch if you want to sign up, I will keep the classes small so I can give my full attention to each person in the class to make correction and guide you through the class. So the spaces are limited, make sure you secure yours!
