Women are a force to be reckoned with & nurturing & honouring the gentle beings that we are helps us step away from striving & into a gentler yet more powerful way of being ✨ A few weeks ago I had a nudge to ask my long time reflexologist & coach friend @cathycorcoran_wellness.coach to join forces to create a day for our women friends & clients @bectivemill From the minute we started creating this day it just flowed, many of the ideas came together seamlessly & after a few coffees & sea dips the dream became a reality! This reel shows the process of making this a reality from our first coffee to the final photo by the river. It was gentle, beautiful & powerful plus it was a joy & so much fun to run the event with Cathy ⭐️ So grateful for all the incredible feedback & we are so so grateful to all of the women who joined us as we set the intention to *inspire with coaching, *facilitate healing, *gain self care tools including reflexology & aromatherapy *honour their own needs with an afternoon to check in *regulate their nervous systems *trusting they would get whatever it was they needed from the day in their own way We were delighted to avail of the beautiful space surrounded by nature @riverbank_yoga @bectivemill 🌸 Stay close as we will be merging forces again soon for another such event 💜 a unique event for women Empowering the gentle voice of women fiercely! Magical Harvest Moon swim last night with my two beautiful daughters. Meditation, crystals, releasing old ways of thinking that no longer serves us and raising our vibrations setting our intentions for the last few months of 2022. Blessed ❤
