I am currently part of the coaching staff for the Irish Defence Forces Soccer side as the Sports Injury Massage Therapist.
Sports Injury Massage, Differential Diagnosis, Resistance Training, Strains/Sprains, Treatment of Chronic pain, Pre-Post Event Massage, Soft Tissue Injuries, Injury Rehabilitation, Muscle Testing, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Advanced Massage We have just completed our training camp and are starting the Military Soccer European Championships this weekend. I operate a local clinic in Ashbourne working with elite athletes and people with everyday injuries from a variety of sports. I am also working with the Donaghmore Ashbourne GAA Club and some other local teams pre/post training and pre/post match. I am a Paramedic and a member of the Irish Defence Forces Medical Corps.
