There’s never really a perfect time to pause… but sometimes it’s needed.

I wanted to share that I’ll be stepping away from work for a little while from next week, as I’ll be having surgery and taking time to properly rest and recover.

This is part of an ongoing recovery journey for me, and while it hasn’t been an easy road, I know this is the right “step” forward. (Pun intended 😂)

Mingala is such a special place of care, calm and connection — and that’s all because of you. Which makes stepping away a difficult decision, but one I know is necessary.

While I take this time, the spa will continue as normal with our incredible team, who I trust completely to look after you in the same way you’ve always been cared for.
