Honey Harvest

Slowly but surely I am getting ready for the busiest season in the year…
Pure beeswax candles, hand poured straight from my bees to your table.

Local honey near you…straight from the hive to your table.

Big news from our apiary 🐝
Our honey has just been awarded at the Great Taste Awards

🌿 Ivy Blossom Honey – ⭐⭐⭐
🌸 Spring Honey – ⭐⭐

We couldn’t be prouder of our bees. Today we celebrate with them because they did all the real work🐝

For you, this means one thing:
You’re tasting award-winning honey, straight from our hives. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

From our bees to your table 🍯

This kind of summer doesn’t happen often
Hives are full, bees are happy, and the honey is finally ready 🐝
Time to harvest
This frame was so heavy I struggled to lift it 😁

Just to update you what’s going on in our bee garden.
Bees are working tirelessly day by day, bringing nectar from surrounding wildflower fields. From beginning of July we are blessed with this amazing weather for us but specially for the bees. Each hive is packed full with honey, so we can take some for us and leave plenty for them.
As I said so many times, here in Ireland, real good summer is happening every four years and this is the one. Finally!
I’m sure everyone enjoys this weather and not spend much time indoors 🐝❤️

This is how we do beekeeping.
He’s doing all the job😂

This is not Lavender Soap in the making.
This is not my speed (even though I’m not far from this😎💪)
This is the video I almost erased.
But this is the beat I want to listen for the next few days😁
