Nestled in the peaceful countryside, Flora’s new treatment room (P75EH58) offers a tranquil setting that’s perfect for relaxation. It’s just a 20-minute drive from Bantry, making it a convenient escape from the hustle and bustle.

My thoughts today:

Sitting here, attempting to refocus and resume writing my final assignment of the year, I still find ways to distract myself—playing with the rainbow reflected in the mirror, mesmerised by its prism effect, which separates and transforms light into an array of colours.

I am currently attempting to write about the concept of life script (last one of the academic year.. yaaay!) — a narrative we begin crafting in our youth, consisting of a beginning, middle, and end. It is a script rooted in the perception that, in order to feel safe or loved, we must conform to a certain mold.

Perception—that is the crux. It is the prism effect of our mind-body. Reality, in all its purity, wholeness, and vastness, is filtered through our mind-body, giving rise to colours shaped by our perception. Yet, the remarkable, magical aspect is that we hold the power to choose which colours manifest from our perception.

When we compassionately connect with our inner world, tenderly embracing our deepest emotions and fears, and shine light on shadows, space is created—space for emerging freedom. It is the freedom to choose the reality we experience in this moment.

All the colours that emerge from within are beautiful, for they are uniquely ours. What colours will I choose today?

After almost a year I finally got my certificate from MTU! In two months time I’ll have completed my Higher certificate too! 🥳🥳
