A fun class designed for those rehabing an injury, with limited mobility, recovering from surgery or those wanting a more gentle, supportive approach to exercise ✨️💜

Come & Try Volleyball for Women 18+ taking place in Gormanston Sport Park on Tuesday 4th March @ 7pm! Suitable for beginners and improvers.

👉Main emphasis is on fun, socialising and keeping fit so this 6-week programme is ideal for anyone wishing to try a new sporting activity.

We Move, We Sing along, We Smile! It's a great fusion of pure joy each Tuesday.

This class is designed for those less mobile, needing some support with a chair but wanting to enjoy & benefit from some breathwork, yoga poses, active movement & to lose themselves in music for a bit 🥰🎶✨️
