Good morning all! We have some tough news to share with you all this morning, we’ve reached the end of an era & the time has come for us to close our doors for the final time with immediate effect.

What an incredible journey offgrid has been. From its inception to its eventual end it has been a journey that I will hold deeply in my heart for a lifetime, what a special little space in the heart of Bray! full of love, healing, support and care for everyone who stepped though it’s doors myself included.

It’s been an honour and a blessing to meet so many wonderful people through this journey and build life long friendships around that!

To our incredible team of staff and teachers, thank you for all the love and support you showed to each and every person who shared this space.

To the facilitators who worked shoulder to shoulder with us over the last 3 years supporting thousands of people along the way on their own journeys, thank you so much for choosing to be a part of this story and for the wonderful work you do on the daily.

And lastly to each and everyone who has supported OffGrid in any way shape or form, I am so grateful and humbled & your support has fuelled me through some of the toughest challenges of my life.

I am forever thankful for this amazing journey OffGrid has taken me on and like all good things in life it must come to an end.

Introducing our summer hours! 🌞 We’re open 7 days a week for all your sauna, ice bath, and compression therapy needs. Plus, we're adding some more classes to our studio schedule this summer.
