In Touch Skincare is 20 years old! 🥳

Hard to believe that a desperate, but very much needed, decision 20 years ago would turn out to be one that changed and shaped me into the therapist I am today.
A therapist with a passion for her work, a passion for caring for her clients, and a passion for doing what she loves — always with integrity and professionalism. ❤️
20 years ago, I started out at the back of a hair salon, doing a brow wax here and a lash tint there. Never saying no to a small treatment, because small yesses turn into bigger bookings… and they did!
I built a strong, solid client base that carried me through years of doing what I love most. 🥰
Clients became friends, confidants, supporters and family. We’ve shared so many laughs, chats, to-be-continued stories, heartbreaks and tears. But mostly, we’ve shared so much caring, love and respect for each other — and that’s why I chose beauty therapy. 💆🏻‍♀️❤️

The day I closed the door of my salon in South Africa was one of the hardest days. I knew I was saying goodbye to so many people who had become such an important part of my life. I was leaving behind a business I had poured my heart into, a familiar life, and clients who had supported me through so many chapters.
Little did I know that closing that door would simply mean opening another one. 🚪✨

And here we are… 20 years of In Touch Skincare!

Twenty years of learning, growing, starting again, building again, and continuing to do what I love. Twenty years of trusting the journey, even when I couldn’t see where it was taking me.
To every single client who has ever stepped through my door — whether you’ve been with me for 20 years, 10 years, 10 months or 10 minutes — thank you. You have all played a part in my story, and I’m incredibly grateful. ❤️

Thank you for trusting me with your care, your stories, your time and sometimes even your tears. Thank you for your loyalty, your support, your recommendations and for allowing me to be part of your lives.
