Looking for an exciting way to spend your summer? Join us at the Carlow Outdoor Adventure Hub and try your hand at a range of water-based activities designed for young people aged 12–17 years!

🛶 Kayaking
🏄 Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
🚣 Rowing Taster Sessions

📅 Sessions will take place throughout August 2026
💰 Taster Sessions: €10 plus Eventbrite booking fee
⏰ Bookings will open at 9:30am on Friday, 26th June
