Legend of the boards; Martyn Irvine’s magic career in video 07/01/2016

This week, a cyclist I had the pleasure of working with Martyn Irvine has retired from International competition!
I began my work with the Irish cycling team when there was just Martyn Caroline and Eoin. I was new to being a soigneur and Martyn was very forthcoming with advice and tips to help me. My first competition with the track team was the Glasgow world cup in 2012 where Martyn won a silver in both the scratch race and individual pursuit and then had the privilege to work with the team in Belarus for the World Championships where he became the first Irish man in over 100 years to become world champion.

Martyn...its been a pleasure and I hope you enjoy your 'retirement'!

Now lets have a look at some of his career highlights :D
