Ultrasound can help to diagnose:

☑️Tendinosis
☑️Arthritic changes which causes knee effusions or cysts.
We cannot assess the ACL (cruciate ligament) with ultrasound.

Love this advice from Alice Sanvito.
We don't need more technique courses in massage therapy, we need to learn more about concepts, how pain works, how to interact with our patients.
This is also why all of us could do the exact same technique, but have a different outcome with the same patient. Some are just going to like you better than they do me because you may interact with them better than I do.
Thanks to Ken G. Leong for the share.
