For those who are new here, I’m Gráinne Egan, owner of A.G.E Skin, Health & Wellness in Carrickmacross.
I’ve worked in the skincare and beauty industry for over 35 years, with a particular focus today on menopause, changing skin and healthy ageing — helping women feel confident and comfortable in their skin at every stage.
One of the most important elements of my treatments is my signature face, neck & shoulder massage. I believe massage is so much more than relaxation — particularly as our skin changes.
Regular facial massage can help to:
• Encourage healthy circulation and bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin
• Support lymphatic drainage and reduce facial puffiness
• Release tension held in the jaw, face, neck and shoulders
• Temporarily improve the appearance of facial tone and contour
• Relax tight facial muscles and soften the appearance of tension
• Support an overall brighter, fresher-looking complexion

We’re looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our small team for a 3-day working week.
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quiet, relaxed and personal environment, where appointments are never rushed and genuinely caring for your clients is at the heart of what we do.
The role includes:
• 3 days per week
• Alternate Saturdays
• One evening per week
• Flexibility with days and hours for the right person
• Appointment-only clinic
You must be confident working independently and experienced in:
Massage • Facials & Skincare • Waxing, including intimate waxing
We do not offer nails, pedicures or spray tanning.
This role may particularly suit a mature therapist returning to work, someone looking for a better work-life balance, or an experienced therapist who simply prefers a calmer environment to a busy traditional salon.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is warm, dependable and genuinely loves looking after people.
