We run Judo classes from 5 years old to adults, everyone is welcome. In Brittany, Tristan ran classes from age 4 to adults in sports Judo and traditional Judo.
Mayo School of Judo is run by Tristan who is Garda vetted and has experience working with children and adults, he has been practicing sports Judo and martial arts Judo, around the world since the age of 6 and has taught in Brittany. The form of our practice is based on Junomichi, which is the martial art form Judo. It was developed in France by Igor Correa Luna 8th Dan, and heavily influenced by people such as Tokio Hirano.

Come to learn and develop your Judo skills in a fun and professional environment.

Children will learn about the importance of mutual well-being to succeed in their goals through fun games, learning about safe falls (ukemi), throws and holds as well as light and controlled sparing (Yakusoku geiko and Kakari geiko).

Adults and teenagers will be introduced to the fundamentals of Judo as a martial art through learning about falls, holds, throws, and sparing.
