Hi everyone, hope you've all been enjoying the gorgeous weather. It's Spring at last! And it's time for some more Sunday morning yoga workshops:) I'll be starting another series of 7 workshops this Sunday the 2nd April running through to Sunday the 28th May (with a gap for Easter).
The workshops will combine hatha, yin and restorative yoga to deeply relax and allow the body to heal and restore itself.
Cost is 150 euros for all 7 workshops or 25 euros each.
Time: 11am to 1.30pm
Venue: Westport Sports Complex Horkan's Hill, Westport.

As a focus we'll be weaving yoga's ancient system of teachings into the workshops and learning a little about how these can guide us both on and off the yoga mat.
