Upon re opening I will continue to abide by the highest level of hygiene standards while also implementing some new precautions. A List of extra precautions will be posted closer to re opening. I will be asking all clients to follow these precautions once I re-open. Thank you!

☀️Did you know that UV exposure (the sun) is one of the largest elements to cause premature aging to our skin, while also being one of the most preventable! That is why daily use of SPF is vital for our skins protection. Protection is always better than cure ☀️

• Are you feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed during these uncertain times.
• If so, why not take 10 minutes out of your day to preform this mini facial massage 💆🏻 Repeating each movement X6 times. Using a firm pressure, without dragging the skin.
• These stimulating lymphatic movements will help to remove toxins, while also helping to decrease feelings of stress.
• You can use your favourite serum or moisturise.
• Upon completion, finish off with 10 DEEP BELLY BREATHS ~ RELAX
