The past couple of weeks were all about slowing down, switching off 🧘‍♀️ and spending precious time with my family and friends in Poland.
I was intentionally offline for a while, enjoying moments that don’t need a screen 📵
Now I’m back with my batteries fully recharged 😉😆

‼️The TRUTH about permanent makeup:
Fading is a GOOD SIGN 🤓

One of the biggest misconceptions about permanent makeup is that brows should last forever 🤨 They shouldn’t ‼️

Permanent makeup (also known as semi-permanent) is designed to softly fade over time.

Permanent makeup made with love, knowledge, and respect for your skin, allows to:
⭐️ refresh the colour (without “heavy tattoo” effect)
⭐️ adjust the shape if needed, and
⭐️ keep the brows looking flattering as your skin changes.

Your skin has limits. It can only hold a certain amount of pigment 🌚 Adding more and more pigment when previous work is too intense doesn’t make the brows look better - it often creates the opposite effect.

Too much pigment can:
🌚 make the brows look heavy or tattoo-like,
🥶 cause colour changes over time, resulting in blue or navy tones 😱
🤷‍♀️ make future adjustments difficult,
🤓 require laser or chemical removal before a fresh set of brows can be created 🪶

SUN EXPOSURE, SKIN CHEMISTRY, AGE and LIFESTYLE all influence how the brows look and fade over time…

⭐️ This is why a soft, gradual fading process is actually a sign of healthy, well-executed permanent makeup made with love & respect to the skin 😇

BROW lamination AFTERCARE ✨

Beautiful brows don't end when you leave the studio - aftercare is the secret to keeping them looking FAB for longer!

For the first 24 hours:
💧 Keep your brows completely dry.
💨 Avoid steam, saunas, swimming pools and intense workouts.
🙅‍♀️ No makeup or skincare products on the brow area.
🤲 Try not to touch or rub your eyebrows.

After 24 hours:
✨ Brush your brows daily.
✨ Apply a nourishing brow serum or coconut oil in the evening to keep them hydrated.
✨ Avoid harsh exfoliants directly on the brows.
