This story has already appeared on my profile once before. A while ago, a client came to me asking for help after a poorly done lip filler treatment by a doctor. She didn’t want to dissolve the migrated filler, so I did my best to correct the shape of her lips.

Unfortunately, the previous product was injected too deeply into the tissue, and the hyaluronic acid became permanently embedded in the skin. Despite the time that had passed, the migration was still clearly visible.

Eventually, my client decided to follow my advice and go for full dissolving of the filler. She then waited 4 weeks to allow the skin tissue to heal properly before we could safely reintroduce hyaluronic acid and create beautiful, migration-free lips.
