Not only have I changed my appearance and size. I’ve changed my confidence, my outlook on life……. Im no longer the girl who sits in the corner and wants to hide.
I wanna be seen, I wanna dress up and look nice. I wanna be heard. I want to have fun. I want my picture took.
I finally “fit in”….. I feel like a normal 29 year old who enjoys life, seeing friends and family and having a good time.
My size 20-22 made me feel invisible.
I was done with only ever being able to wear black leggings and baggy long tops.
I was done with hating myself for how I looked.
The turned my life a while 360 in just 6 months with a 6 stone weight loss.

Don't throw your diet out the window! Stay on plan with these amazing tips we've got for you.
1. Stock up on your favourite meals! With your meals readily available. you won't be looking for options to fill in.
2. Don't eat your products in the same boring manner. We have lovely product hacks that can be incorporated into your Christmas menu list which your family would also enjoy. From meals to desserts, your snacks, treats and platters just got a whole lot healthier.
3. Out with friends and love ones, stick to proteins and vegetables but more importantly, portion control and calorie counting is the key.
