Why we have a cancellation Policy
We hope this gives more of an understanding as to why we have it in place and why we have to inforce it.
We understand things may arise beyond your control and you may not be able to attend your appointment. Kids can become sick, a car won't start, or you forget your appointment, it has happened us all. But unfortunately whatever the reason we have to inforce our 24hour cancellation policy otherwise our doors will not remain open.... its that simple.
If you don't show for your appointment or cancel last minute staff still have to be paid, its too late to get someone from our cancellation list in to fill your slot. We get it, it feels unfair but if appointments don't show or cancel less than 24hours no money is taken in, but bills still have to be paid.
We understand people may feel this us unfair but please understand as a business this just isn't sustainable and I want to protect my girls as they are my number one priority
